Fee Options
Hourly - this service is offered to clients at an hourly rate of $50. You pay only for productive time. Office disbursements such as postage, courier, etc. will be in addition to this cost. Minor supply costs such as office supplies (not out of the ordinary) and utilities will be supplied by our company.
5-Hour Pre-Paid Package - this package is a perfect introductory package to get to know us, see how we work and get a feel for our team. This package allows you access to our VAs for 5 hours per month and ensures that you are getting the help you need to check items off of your list and feel better about your workload (and free up some of your time!) - $230 ($46 per hour - $20 savings)
10-Hour Pre-Paid Package - this package is perfect for those who need a moderate amount of support each month. It gives you access to our VAs for 10 hours per month - $430 ($43 per hour - $70 savings)
15-Hour Pre-Paid Package - this package is great for clients who need to hand off the menial items (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, transcriptions, follow-up calls, etc.) - $615 ($41 per hour - $135 savings)
20-Hour Pre-Paid Package - this package is perfect for clients who need more one-on-one service (i.e., email & calendar management, web site maintenance and additional projects as needed) - $780 ($39 per hour - $220 savings)
